Our assessment asks you eight plain-language questions about your life stage, family, property, and what you've already got in place. Based on your answers, we show you what estate planning likely makes sense, with clear explanations and authoritative sources.

What We Ask

We'll ask about your life stage, whether you own property, your general financial situation, whether you've named a guardian for your children (if applicable), what documents you already have, any complicating factors, whether you've documented your medical wishes, and what brought you here.

What We Don't Ask

We never ask for your name, email, phone number, income, specific account balances, or any identifying information. Your answers exist only in your browser while you're taking the assessment. We don't store, transmit, or track any of it.

What You'll Get

A personalized result page that explains what estate planning documents and steps are most relevant to your situation, with specific next steps and links to our educational guides. You can also download a free PDF checklist to take with you.

What Happens After

Nothing. There's no email sequence, no sales call, and no "limited time offer." Your results are yours. Use them to start a conversation with your spouse, bring them to a meeting with an attorney, or simply feel more informed about where you stand.
